How Bad Is A Long Term Caffeine Addiction ?
What are the physical and mental effects of a long term extreme caffeine addiction ?
My 15 year old little sister drinks ( literally ) up to 6 liters of Diet Pepsi a day – and after hearing a lot of negative things regarding carbonated drinks I am worried about how much damage she is doing to herself. I just need to know the facts.

How Can I Get Over My Caffeine Addiction?
I suffer from an addiction to caffeine. I’m used to drinking a coke or 2 a day, along with a cup of coffee on the weekends. I tried to stop, just giving it up all at once, though it lasted only a week. My friends are concerned that I’m not going to be able to throw the addiction, and have tried to help me. Several have gone as far as threatening not to talk to me, or even compairing my addiction to my attraction to them. Any other methods to help me give up caffeine?
