There are several ways to find names, addresses and phone numbers of dropshipping firms.

The most obvious place to start is the Internet.

If that fails, you can check the business section at the local public library where you should find various bound directories that will lead you to dropshippers of your choice.

Bookstores may have magazines available, in particular trade magazines that list a number of drop shippers with addresses, telephone numbers and all the information you need to get in touch with them.

Make sure you do a thorough and comprehensive search so you will companies you are comfortable with.

CAUTION

Some companies will send you wholesale merchandise. If this is not what you want, look carefully at the policies and guidelines of each company. Don’t hesitate to call to ask questions if you do not see answers in the catalogs and other literature.

MAKE A LIST

Prepare an index listing the names and other pertinent information about the dropship businesses you like. Add and delete as time goes on.

Dropshipping companies are potentially a major asset to home based businesses and smaller companies alike, because they save you the time and effort involved in product packaging and delivery.
