What Are The Chances Of Overcoming Drug Addiction If You Work In A Pharmacy?

Do you HAVE to leave that field in order to recover from a pill addiction (where you were stealing pills before and got caught) or is there some way to not lose your career despite being in a place with that much temptation?
Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any good ideas how to approach this?
